Please use the form below to submit your cancellation request. Include your invoice number and, if you wish, the reason for cancellation.

If you are an EU consumer using your 14-day cooling-off right, cancellation must be notified within 14 days of receiving the product, and the product must be returned within 14 days of that notice.

Refunds are processed after receipt and inspection, and deductions may apply where the product’s value has been reduced. If the product is returned incomplete, damaged, or shows signs of use beyond what is necessary for inspection, a deduction may be applied to reflect any loss in value.
